Igeho, the most important international fair for hotels, restaurants, catering and take-away in Switzerland, an event that stands out for the level of the range of products and services offered, took place from the 16th to the 20th of November.
Olitalia, who in this context presented two headline ranges for food service: the frying oil Frienn and the I Dedicati line of extra virgin olive oils, products that, for their high quality and characteristics, make the work of chefs and pizza chefs easier, could not be missing from such an important manifestation – in which 650 companies from 19 countries and approximately 65 thousand professional visitors participated.
