I Dedicati and Frienn have landed in the Big Apple, in the kitchens of Eataly, bringing the innovation, the know-how and the high quality of Olitalia to the United States with an exceptional testimonial, Lidia Bastianich, great iconic chef from Italy in America, as always star protagonist of Identità Golose New York.
Identità Golose New York was the ideal opportunity to launch the partnership of Olitalia with Eataly world. From today in fact inside all of the Eatalys worldwide there will be a shelf dedicated to Olitalia products (oils and vinegars) and in all of the Eataly kitchens they will prepare dishes with the company’s headline products. Moreover, in the “Foodiversità” (“Food university”) space of Eataly Downtown, after the presentation by Lidia Bastianich, a masterclass held by chef Fortunato Nicotra (Felidia, NYC) with Olitalia products took place.
