The much-awaited international contest #pizzAward “branded” Mysocialrecipe returns. The format, reaching its fourth edition, was presented in the setting of Tuttopizza, the three days dedicated to the queen of Italian gastronomy, by nutritionist Francesca Marino, CEO of the platform, together with journalist Luciano Pignataro, and the jury secretary Tommaso Esposito.
Olitalia continues supporting the event with the aim of promoting some products thought up specifically for the pizzeria world, in particular Pizzolivm (an extra virgin olive oil obtained through a rigid process of selecting the best cultivars, by some expert tasters in collaboration with pizza chefs from the True Neapolitan Pizza Association) and Frienn (an innovative frying oil with a light taste, without palm oil).
The ten finalists, the five best entires amongst the traditional pizzas and the five best entries amongst the innovative pizzas, will compete at a live competition on the 26th of November in Naples, to choose the best interpretation of the tradition and the most original pizza of 2019.
