On Saturday the 1st of June the globetrotter chef Pasquale Torrente took the flavours of the Amalfi Coast into the paddock of the Mugello racetrack: his incomparable frying technique, unique and extremely light, thanks to the use of Frienn, the special frying oil actually researched by Olitalia in collaboration with chef Torrente, met the passion of Severino Hospitality, of which Olitalia has been a sponsor and partner for many years. Severino Hospitality is present at almost all of the MotoGP events.
