From the 21st to the 29th of September 2019 Olitalia was protagonist at the Festival of Good Living with numerous initiatives dedicated to healthy lifestyles.
Olitalia’s support at the Festival of Good Living is part of a broader scheme to promote and support events and manifestations that value the Emilia Romagna region, its traditions and healthy lifestyles.
There were different themed areas at the manifestation: from ethical economy to the appreciation of the excellences of the territory, from cultural heritage and art, up to circular economy, from the protection of health and healthy and correct lifestyles to environmental sustainability.
Regarding this last theme, on Wednesday the 25th September Olitalia took part in a round table discussion on environmental sustainability and the reduction of the use of plastic at the Fondazione Cassa dei Risparmi di Forli. A theme dear to Olitalia, who has given life to the “Plastic No More” project, presented by Elisabetta Cremonini, Director of Institutional Communication, Events and Human Resources at Olitalia and Chief Executive Officer of Vinegar works Giuseppe Cremonini.
Plastic No More is a project established to reduce the use of plastic by 30% by 2020: 677 tonnes of plastic less a year, in respect to the plastic consumption in 2017.
Olitalia was then present at the Festival of Good Living all week with different activities: from the dinner-tasting of 4 dishes with olive oil as protagonist at the San Domenico Museum, at the tasting station in piazza Saffi during the opening concert of the event, and at the Solidarity lunch of Forlimpopoli on behalf of the Emporio della Solidarieta della Caritas with a menu prepared with Olitalia products.
