  • 600 gr. - Filet of cod
  • 100 gr. - Ground pistachios
  • 1 - Egg white
  • Olitalia “I Dedicati” Special Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Fish

Procedure

    Dry the filets of cod well and brush the top with egg white, then sprinkle with the coating of pistachios.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 minutes and serve, completing with Olitalia “I Dedicati” Special Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Fish.
