Multi-flavour muffins

1 - Egg
100 gr. - Milk or plant milk
35 gr. - Olitalia Classic extra virgin olive oil
25 gr. - Grated Parmigiano or pecorino cheese
Q.s. - Salt
Q.s. - Black pepper
Q.s. - Black olives and capers
Q.s. - Cherry tomatoes and oregano
These savoury muffins are really easy to make because you just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well using a hand whisk.
Then divide the dough into two parts if you want to make two different fillings. Needless to say, the muffin filling can be customised to your liking. Here are two suggestions: black olives and capers, or cherry tomatoes and oregano.
Scoop the muffin batter into the muffin tins lined with paper cups.
Bake the muffins in a static oven at 180°C/356°F for about 25 minutes.
