  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Il Tradizionale Olitalia
  • 2 - Potatoes (possibly with yellow flesh)
  • Rosemary
  • Qs - Salt
  • Qs - Black pepper

Procedure

    Peel and wash the potatoes, then julienne them using a grater.

    Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and some finely chopped rosemary. Add rosemary according to your taste.

    Heat up a non-stick pan with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pour the julienne potatoes and crush them using a fork until the bottom of the pan is fully covered. Let it brown, then turn it and cook the other side as well.

    Plate. This recipe can either be served hot or cold.
