Prawns with Olitalia rosemary-flavored Oil and herbs

Poor the chickpeas and peas into a blender, then add the garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, the tahini paste - if you like it - and, finally, the rosemary-flavoured oil.
Blend until you get a creamy hummus; add a tablespoon of water, if necessary, for a better texture and creaminess.
Serve the hummus in a bowl; top with a few peas, a drizzle of rosemary-flavoured olive oil and a few rosemary leaves. Serve with bread, crackers, or breadsticks.
