Prawns with Olitalia rosemary-flavored Oil and herbs

Ingredienti per 3-4 serves:

  • 200 gr. - Cooked peas
  • 240 gr. - Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 - Clove of garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons - Olitalia rosemary-flavoured extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 Tablespoon  - Tahina sesame paste
  • Q.s. -   Salt
  • Q.s.-   Pepper

Method

    Poor the chickpeas and peas into a blender, then add the garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, the tahini paste - if you like it - and, finally, the rosemary-flavoured oil.

    Blend until you get a creamy hummus; add a tablespoon of water, if necessary, for a better texture and creaminess.

 

Food plating

Serve the hummus in a bowl; top with a few peas, a drizzle of rosemary-flavoured olive oil and a few rosemary leaves. Serve with bread, crackers, or breadsticks.
